I have only got into it a little, but I can tell it is one of the best garden book I have ever seen. This is going to be a great winter read so I am ready for spring!

This beautiful book is incredible. It is full of photographs & how-to advice on arranging flowers and plants from your own garden, and also on growing them yourself. Ms. Bales must have green hands & unbounded imagination & creativity for making arrangements, big or small, elaborate or simple. This immediately became one of my favorite books for guidance on use of the garden's bounty. If you only have space for one book on flower arranging and gardening, this is the best! The author will guide you to make successful choices for sharing gifts of homegrown plants & flowers, & other beautiful items, showing you how to use what you have at hand to express joy & pleasure. New plants are appearing every day in my own yard, and Ms. Bales has prepared a book to bring me new excitement & challenges to use these flowers & plants. This book will bring happiness to beginning gardeners and & old pros alike.
