What are the total costs for my introductory books?
In addition to the low offer price for your introductory package, the shipping and processing charges will be $5.74 for the first item and $1.99 for each additional item plus sales tax where applicable. Counts as two selections will be billed as two separate books. Shipping and processing charges cover all associated costs and services, including labor, materials, packaging and postage.
